If you have any old or new matte eyeshadow palettes, they are not also useful for your eyes but you are also able to wear them as a lip colour. Place a colourless lip balm on your lips and place your favourite shadow colour on top. Voila. If you want a bit of shine, place your favourite lip gloss on top.
